LennyLamb online shop and LennyLamb brand owner is: LennyLamb Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., Kłudzice 9, 97-330 Sulejów, Poland, NIP 5213754292, REGON 365795034.
Orders are shipped directly from Poland.
Orders for the products available in the on-line shop can be placed via lennylamb.com website.
Orders can be placed 24/7 through the year.
For an order to be processed, the order form must be filled correctly and personal information given. Every order will be confirmed via e-mail.
At the moment of placing the order by clicking "Order with obligation to pay" button Buyer agrees on his/her personal data processing by LennyLamb Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. in order to process and fulfil Buyer's order in correct and complete way.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
LennyLamb staff will verify any doubtful orders. LennyLamb reserves the right to confirm and potentially cancel any order(s) that deem questionable.
Order processing time and shipping cost: order processing time is 1-3 working days from payment confirmation. Customer is informed about the total postage price during ordering process and before order is confirmed.
Prices in LennyLamb on-line shop are shown in Polish Zloty/ Euro / American Dollars / British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT tax (gross price).
Customs fees, import duties and taxes vary by country and product. Calculation and payment of these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If ordered goods are incorrectly priced due to server or human error, the order will be cancelled and the customer informed.
If any products are unavailable to purchase / are out of stock, and, as a result, order processing time will take longer, LennyLamb will inform the customer about this fact.
If the customer does not agree to the extended order processing time, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
There is a receipt attached to every order.
Orders are dispatched as soon as 100% payment reaches LennyLamb account.
The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any explanation within 30 days from receiving the order.
In order to return ordered goods customer must contact LennyLamb first (email@example.com) to inform about returning the order. Goods must be sent in their original state (not showing any signs of use) and in the original packaging including receipt. Both product and packaging cannot be damaged in any way. Payment will be refunded within 14 days. Refund will only be issued after we receive the returned product. Shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
Customized and preordered products which are made for the special order cannot be returned.
Prices listed in the on-line shop listed in point 2 are not an offer of contract under Civil Law, they are only an invitation for the customer to place an order.
Order placed via the above listed site or placed directly by the customer is an offer of contract under Civil Law.
The rules and regulation - transportation services on the EU territory
A commodity on the EU territory is delivered by the end of working day given by UPS. The address given at the moment when the order is placed has to be compliant with the address given in PayPal or in the case when the address is to be different, please confirm your shipping address via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The mismatch of information will result in prolonging of execution time in case of both standard delivery and express delivery.
Standard delivery time: up to 7 working days
The condition of redeeming the estimated delivery date is booking the payment on LennyLamb account for the placed order until 23:59 GMT, Greenwich Mean Time on the day the order is placed.
The above service is not possible in case of bank transfers and PayPal e-check payment.
In case of lack of possibilities of realization of shipment within the date given by UPS, the recipient will be informed about this fact within 24h after making the payment.
In case of a delay of delivery through courier company fault, the recipient has two options:
In case of providing a different shipping address than given in PayPal, the confirmation of the address will be conducted by email verification, which may cause delays, for which we are not responsible.
In case of any orders including one of our jackets or softshells, the completion date is longer for one working day.
1. For the complaint to be accepted there needs to be an original receipt attached.
2. There is a 12 months warranty for the faulty goods (not as described) ordered from our shop.
3. Return shipping fees are paid by customer.
4. To return faulty goods customer has to fill in a faulty goods return form that can be obtained by contacting LennyLamb via email@example.com.
5. Complaint will be investigated and findings sent back within 14 days from the receipt of the customer form.
6. Only latent defects will be accepted.
7. Returns will not be accepted if fault is caused by one of the following:
small deviation in size, fabric colour, small and dispersed nubs and slubs,
wear and tear,
mechanical faults or faults caused by incorrect and/or inappropriate care.
8. By placing an order with LennyLamb customer accepts LennyLamb Terms and Conditions.
By accepting Lenny Lamb's terms and conditions you are voiding any other warranties and or terms or conditions expressed or implied.
