Orders for products can be made through the website located at

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day throughout the whole year.

Orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

A necessary prerequisite for the execution of the order is providing us a valid and correctly fill out the form with personal information. Any order accepted for implementation will be confirmed by telephone or electronically.

Orders that are confirmed for the execution can not be canceled.

Orders for which there is any doubt about correctness of provided data, will be reviewed by the shop representative. The contract may be canceled by the shop. Purchaser will be informed of this fact.

The delivery time and shipping costs :
We're sending the ordered goods within 24 hours of payment accounting.
In the case of cash on delivery shipment - within 24 hours from the time of order was placed.
Buyers will be informed of the total cost of delivery at the time of placing and order
and before it's final confirmation.
Delivery in Poland :
Is done only through courier DPD.
Delivery to other countries than Poland :
Is done through the Polish Post.

Prices in are expressed in Polish Zloty (if not stated otherwise) and include VAT TAX
(gross price). If you buy goods which had the wrong price entered
(error while handling store or server error) the buyer will be informed of this fact and the order will be canceled.

In the case of absence of goods in store's warehouse - store undertakes to inform
the Buyer of this fact and the associated increase in the time of the order.
If the Buyer does not consent to extend the extended time it's possible to cancel the order.

Each consignment is accompanied by a proof of purchase (a VAT invoice or fiscal receipt).

Purchased goods are dispatched upon obtaining of cash in your bank account amounting to 100% of the contract.

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within ten days after receiving ordered product.
To do this in advance, contact the Store (contact@lennylamb.com) giving the reference product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or invoice). Returned product may not bear traces of use, be damaged, and it also applies to packaging. Customer will receive the money for the returned product via a transfer to a designated bank account number within 7 working days after obtaining the product being returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Lists of goods contained in the website listed in Section 2 are not
contract offer in the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation
to offer making by the customer.

Order placed by Customer or made through this website is a contract under the provisions of the Civil Code.
TERMS OF COMPLAINTS

The basis for the adoption of the complaint is proof of purchase of goods (a tax receipt or invoice VAT).

All our products have a 12 month warranty.

The cost of shipping the goods are covered by the Buyer.

Notification of complaint must be filed on a form, Customer will receive a specimen at contact@lennylamb.com.

A complaint will be reviewed and returned within 14 days from the date of
delivery of damaged goods to the address of the company.

Notification of complaint can be used only for latent defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer.

If the product is incompatible with the contract, it is exchanged for compatible one, and shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.

Shipments with exchanged products are sent back via the Polish Post,
normal shipment, unless the client requests that a shipment was on its
cost.
